Do I need to connect my job-management software?

No. LeadMender is import-first: any tool that exports CSV (or a plain spreadsheet) works on day one. A generic webhook API for incoming leads is available on all plans if you want live capture later.

Will it email my customers without me knowing?

No. Approval-first sending is the default and cannot be silently bypassed: every outbound message is drafted, then waits for a named team member to approve it. Replies, unsubscribes and SMS STOP cancel pending messages automatically.

Where does the AI fit in, and what if it's wrong?

AI only helps word follow-up drafts using facts already on the record — it never decides what counts as an opportunity, and it cannot invent prices, dates or history. Drafts are always editable, and the product is fully functional with AI disabled entirely (a template drafter takes over).

How is 'recovered revenue' calculated?

It isn't calculated — it's confirmed. Your team records a conversion and its value when a customer actually books. Estimated pipeline (from quote values and enquiry estimates) is always labelled separately.

Is my customer data shared between businesses on the platform?

Never. Every record is scoped to your workspace, isolation is enforced server-side on every query, and our automated test suite includes cross-tenant access tests that must pass before any release.

What about spam and consent rules?

Contacts carry per-channel consent flags, a workspace suppression list is enforced at send time, opt-out links and STOP handling are built in, and sends are windowed to business hours. You remain responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business — see the acceptable-use policy.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes, both, from settings, at any time. Deletion requests are logged and honoured completely, including uploaded files.

Can my agency manage several clients?

The Agency plan supports multiple client workspaces under one login with strict data separation between clients, plus per-client reporting.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your data stays intact and read-only until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted for 90 days, and you can export everything at any point.
