Privacy policy

This policy describes how LeadMender Pty Ltd (placeholder — replace with buyer entity) ("we", "us") handles personal information in connection with the LeadMender service. Last updated: 2026-07-15.

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, hashed password.
• Workspace content: contact, enquiry, quote and job records that customers import or create. This data belongs to the workspace that uploaded it.
• Usage and technical data: log and audit records needed to operate and secure the service.
• Billing data: subscription status. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by us.

How we use information

• To provide the service, including detection, drafting and delivery features the customer initiates.
• To secure the platform (authentication, rate limiting, audit logging).
• To communicate service and billing notices.
• We do not sell personal information, and workspace content is never used to train models or shared across tenants.

Processors

Depending on configuration, the operator may use payment (Stripe), email (Resend), SMS (Twilio) and AI drafting (Anthropic) providers as processors. Each receives only the data necessary for its function.

Retention and deletion

Workspace owners can export all workspace data and request complete deletion from settings at any time. Deletion removes content records; minimal billing and audit records may be retained where legally required.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information via support@leadmender.app.

End-customer data

Businesses using LeadMender are the controllers of the customer records they import and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those customers. We act as a processor for that content.
