Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to all use of LeadMender.

You must

  • Only import and contact people your business has a genuine prior relationship with, or another lawful basis to contact.
  • Comply with applicable anti-spam and telemarketing laws in your jurisdiction (for example, the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) in Australia).
  • Honour opt-outs — the platform enforces STOP and unsubscribe automatically, and you must not attempt to circumvent them.
  • Keep messaging truthful: no misleading claims about prices, urgency or prior agreements.

You must not

  • Upload purchased, scraped or rented contact lists.
  • Send harassing, deceptive or unlawful content.
  • Probe, disrupt or attempt to access other tenants' data.
  • Use the service to send messages on behalf of a business that has not authorised you.

Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension. Where practicable we will notify the workspace owner and provide an opportunity to remedy. Report abuse to support@leadmender.app.
