Terms of service

These terms govern use of the LeadMender service provided by LeadMender Pty Ltd (placeholder — replace with buyer entity). Last updated: 2026-07-15.

The service

LeadMender identifies follow-up opportunities in business records supplied by the customer and assists with preparing and sending follow-up communications. The service surfaces information and drafts; the customer remains responsible for the content, accuracy and lawfulness of every message sent.

Accounts and workspaces

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• Workspace owners control member access and are responsible for actions taken in their workspace.

Acceptable use

Use of the service must comply with the acceptable-use policy, including anti-spam and consent requirements. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse after notice where practicable.

Billing

• Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• After cancellation, workspace data remains exportable for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.

Data

Customer content remains the customer's property. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Estimated pipeline figures are estimates, not guarantees of revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
