All plans start with a 14-day free trial; no card is needed to start.
Upgrades and downgrades apply immediately; cancellation keeps your data read-only for 90 days, during which export remains available.
Plan limits (contacts, active campaigns, team members, client workspaces) are enforced with a clear upgrade prompt — nothing is silently blocked or deleted.
When Stripe is configured, checkout, the customer portal, payment failure handling and invoices are all handled by Stripe in your account; the platform never stores card details.
