Campaigns, approvals and automatic stops

Drafts: each opportunity gets a drafted message built from the record's facts (service, amounts, dates). With an AI key configured, wording is personalised; without one, a clear template drafter is used. Either way the draft is fully editable.

Approval: messages send only after a team member with staff role or above approves them. The approver's name is recorded in the audit history.

Scheduling: sends are windowed to the workspace's configured business hours and time zone.

Automatic stops: an inbound reply, a confirmed conversion, an unsubscribe or an SMS STOP cancels every pending message for that contact immediately.

Consent: contacts carry per-channel consent flags, and the workspace suppression list is checked at send time — not just when the draft is created.
