Recording recovered revenue
When a flagged customer books or accepts a quote, open the opportunity and confirm the conversion with the actual value.
Confirmed conversions are the only thing counted as recovered revenue. Estimated pipeline (quote values and enquiry estimates) is reported separately and labelled as an estimate.
Editing or deleting a conversion recalculates every affected report immediately.
Each conversion records who confirmed it and when, visible in the audit history.
