Tuning opportunity rules
Rules are deterministic and readable — each is a sentence with one editable number.
Unanswered enquiry: flags open enquiries with no response after N days (default 2).
Stale quote: flags quotes with no decision after N days (default 10).
Dormant customer: flags customers whose last completed job is older than N days (default 365).
Recurring service due: flags jobs whose recurrence interval has elapsed without a newer job of the same service. The interval comes from your job import (recurrence_months column) or manual entry.
Review request: flags jobs completed in the last N days (default 14) as review-request moments.
Each rule can be disabled entirely. Changing a threshold applies from the next detection run; existing open opportunities are kept.
Detection is idempotent — re-running never duplicates an opportunity for the same source record.
